This is useful for stretching your neck, but it isn't as easy as it looks. My doors (standard us) aren't tall enough for me to use it standing so i experimented with several positions. It could work with a chair but you need to be careful. You could really mess your neck up, or worse, if you slipped.

It's amazing, both the quality and the feel, and the truth is that using it regularly helps a lot for those of us who have stiffness and neck problems.
